We built Kintavo because quality teams deserved better.

We have spent twenty years inside regulated quality work — first in financial data, then in blood product qualification and QC. We know what it's like to manage compliance with a patchwork system: the endless prep, the scramble before an inspection, the hours lost to administrative work that should have gone somewhere that mattered.

In 2016 we built the industry's first no-code quality platform. Kintavo is what comes next: not another tool to manage, but a system that runs the compliance infrastructure — so your team can focus on why the work matters.

Kintavo is not a first attempt. It is what two decades in regulated data capture — finance first, then blood products — taught us to build.

2005
Founded on regulated data
We started building data-capture and validation software for the financial industry — an environment where an unexplained number is a reportable event. That standard never left the company.
2010
Innovator of the Year
The focus moved to blood product qualification and QC: the least forgiving quality environment in healthcare, where every unit must be traceable donor to recipient. The Journal Record named the work Innovator of the Year.
2012
OCAST grant
The Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology backed the company with a research grant to build advanced blood and life science technologies — state-funded validation of work the industry had not yet asked for.
2016
PERFEQTA ships
We built the industry's first no-code quality platform — so the people who own a process could change it themselves, without a developer, a consultant, or a vendor ticket. That principle is still the core of the product.
2023
Document management
Controlled documents joined the platform, closing the loop between the SOP that governs the work and the record that proves it was followed.
2025
SOC 2 Type II
Independently audited against the same trust criteria our customers are audited against — report available under NDA.
2026
